What documents do I need to sell my car?

You'll need the V5C registration document (also referred to as a logbook) in your name, a valid photo ID (driving licence or passport), and proof of address from the last three months. If available, please also bring the service history, MOT certificate, and both sets of keys. 

If you have finance on the car, you'll also need your finance agreement details to hand. If you're missing any documents, then we encourage you to contact us - we can often still proceed, but may need to make alternative arrangements.
