Is the part exchange valuation guaranteed?

Our initial online or phone valuation is indicative based on the information you provide. The final valuation is confirmed after we physically inspect your vehicle and is typically guaranteed for 7 days. However, if there are significant undisclosed issues with the car (accident damage, mechanical problems, incorrect mileage, etc.), we may need to adjust the valuation. 

We'll always explain any adjustments clearly, and you're never obligated to proceed if you're not happy with the final figure.
